Travelers are generally flying into the Princess Juliana international airport located on the Dutch Side (contact phone no 599 545 5757) All voyagers must complete the immigration form handed out during the flight, and be in possession of a valid passport and a return or continuing ticket. Naturalized Residents must show their origin naturalization document with photo (Dutch side) or their residency card (French side). The regional airport ‘Esperance’ located on the French side at Grand Case, is for inter island flights (St. Barth, Guadeloupe, Martinique, Guyana) and small aircrafts only. Departing from St. Martin/Sint Maarten, a tax can apply. Most of the times it is included in the airline ticket.
