All major international cruise lines (Royal Caribbean, Celebrity, Carnival, Holland American Cruise Line, etc) stop at the Dr. A.C. Wathey Cruise & Cargo Facilities in Philipsburg. With more than 650.000 visitors yearly, Sint Maarten prides itself on its beautiful port and amenities.

Yachting

St Martin/Sint Maarten is blessed with one of the worlds’ best spots for yachting, the Simpson Bay Lagoon. Luxury Marinas, all imaginable facilities, able to accommodate every kind of boats, from Mega Yachts to small sailing boats. The Lagoon is accessible either on the French Side for smaller boats (Sandy Ground) or for Mega Yachts at Simpson Bay, on the Dutch Side. Watch out for the bridge opening hours!

Sandy Ground Bridge Opening - free of charge
Monday to Saturday: 8:15 am – 2:30 pm – 5:30 pm
Sunday: 8:15 am – 5:30 pm

Simpson Bay Bridge Opening – fees apply (depending on the size of your boat)
Every day: 9:00 am – 9:30 am, 11:00 am – 11:30 am, 4:30 pm, and 5:30 pm

Ferries are operating from Marigot, Philipsburg and Oyster Pond to St. Barth’s, Anguilla, and Saba
